Publisher Benefits:

Once a publisher has accepted Blake Mill's invitation a call/email exchange will be initiated to discuss benefits, creative asset requirements and other aspects of the programme.

Commission Rate:

The base commission rate is 10% for new customer orders. The commission structure will be tailored to the specific publisher during the initial setup call.

Promotions, Voucher Codes, Sales and Offers:

Blake Mill will tailor promotion and voucher codes for publishers on a case by case basis. Voucher code programmes are permitted by mutual agreement in advance.

Brand:

Partners agree to present the brand(s) in the same manner the brand(s) they present their own.

Partners will take reasonable care to use up to date images, ad-copy and offers in their marketing.

Refusal:

Where the brand(s) judge a breach of the terms is severe enough and in consultation with an independent third party where available such as an Affiliate Network representative, the Partner commissions can be refused (declined) for transactions relevant to the breach.

Validation and Payment of Commission:

Commissions are payable on genuine transactions where the order is not returned within the published returns period of 30 days.

Contact:

All partners must be contactable within a reasonable amount of time and provide an email address to contact them.

All partners agree to consult with the brand(s) on at least a fortnightly basis to improve the relationship and their performance.
